Frog Way Park Now Open!

Construction of Marigold’s newest park in Stage 10 of the community, Frog Way Park, is complete and we are pleased to announce is now open to the public for all to enjoy!

The park was officially approved by council on the 2nd of June 2023. The temporary fencing has now been removed and all ongoing maintenance has been handed over to Wyndham City Council.

Frog Way Park has been designed as a more passively centred park where Marigold residents can come to relax and enjoy a quiet moment sitting in the sun on one of the park benches or utilise the large open-grassed area in the centre of the park. The expansive grassed area will be a firm favourite amongst residents providing a multipurpose space for all to enjoy whether that be for picnicking with friends, a space for our furry family members to run around or spontaneous games of cricket or soccer with the family.

Frog Way Park also includes some play equipment, directed towards our youngest residents, who can expect to be attracted to the wooden rockers and flower spinners that also add a burst of bright colour to the park.

There is also feature platform seating, standard bench seating throughout, and a water fountain.

The new park will pay homage to the previously delivered Gathering Grove Park and reinforce the gentle, undulating forms of Marigold’s landscape by continuing the use of curvilinear shared paths around the perimeter and drawing on the use of large ornate boulders and logs to connect the green spaces.

We look forward to sharing more community construction updates soon!
